Annak Ti Candon International Resource Center

The establishment of Annak Ti Candon International, Inc. Resource Center (ATCII Resource Center) has been approved by the ATCII National Board and Candon City School Division, represented by School Superintendent Dr. Edna Leal.

Under the agreement, ATCII will renovate an existing building at Candon South Central School which will be designated as,"Annak Ti Candon International Resource Center." The center will be used by teachers and students as a library and computer room.  ATCII committed to provide computers, microscopes, books and reference materials, and other educational tools.

In his letter to Dr. Leal, President George Dy indicated that this project is in furtherance to the commitment of ATCII to provide the students in Candon School Division the tools to excel academically and succeed in life.  He recalled the accomplishments of ATCII, that in the last 6 years, it has undertaken projects in Candon City in furtherance of its mission, including donating computers to all schools in the Candon School Division, donating books and library materials to public schools and recognizing outstanding students.

In order to make this project succeed, ATCII Resource Center Committee was formed to oversee and maintain this project. The National Board appointed Marino De Peralta, as chairman, and President George Dy and former President, Omar De Peralta, as members.

ATCII anticipates that the renovation of the building will be completed by December of this year.
